about
Sometimes we don't really know what decision to make. Even in the worst possible time, we are at a low and something amazing comes along. Are we going to pass it up and heal? Or do we continue trying as if we are unbreakable?
This song describes a recent journey through my mind of a scenario I experienced that had me thinking about my battles with sets of decisions I was faced with, how it would affect those around me as well as myself, and my future if I decided what way or the other. Self awareness is rare these days, although I'm always going to be dead, I'll never be oblivious to my surroundings like some kind of zombie.
lyrics
You're the best kind at the worst time, you shine. Baby I was just fine not knowing how blind, I was. Divine. Honey, you're the best kind at the worst time, although. You're fine. Baby I was just fine not knowing how blind I was, you know. It's time.
What materialized spontaneously?
It washed up on my shore from the crashing sea.
Would you let it go or see it through?
How would you figure it out, what am I gonna do?
You're the best kind at the worst time, you shine. Baby I was just fine not knowing how blind, I was. Divine. Honey, you're the best kind at the worst time, although. You're fine. Baby I was just fine not knowing how blind I was, you know. It's time.
Careful weighing of my wants and needs.
They go together like the Earth and Sea.
I could keep my head down and take it slow.
Even though it's not the way I'd intended to go.
You're the best kind at the worst time, you shine. Baby I was just fine not knowing how blind, I was. Divine. Honey, you're the best kind at the worst time, although. You're fine. Baby I was just fine not knowing how blind I was, you know. It's time. It's time. It's time.
